Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

EyePush delivers messages to your Even Realities G2 glasses and phone. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we don’t do. The service is operated by {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}, {{ADDRESS}} (“we”, “us”).

What we collect

  • Email address, used to sign you in and to contact you about your account.
  • Ping contents you send to the service (titles, bodies and related metadata). We keep them only up to your plan’s history window (the last 50 messages on Free, the last 1,000 on Pro) and delete them when you delete your account.
  • Paired device records, such as the glasses widgets you have paired to your account.
  • Web-push subscription endpoints for the phones or browsers where you enabled notifications.
  • Source configuration: the names and keys of the sources you create, and any URL watchers you set up on Pro.
  • Answers to questions. When a ping asks a yes/no question, we store your answer and when you gave it, along with the ping. If the sender supplied a callback URL, we send the question and your answer to that URL, which the sender controls.
  • Billing identifiers. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details; we store only your Stripe customer and subscription IDs.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to authenticate you, accept and deliver pings, enforce plan limits and bill you. We do not sell or share your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Where it lives

EyePush is hosted entirely on Cloudflare. The service runs on eyepush.app (web app, webhooks, API, MCP and inbound email). Cloudflare and Stripe act as our infrastructure and payment processors. The only other external resource our public pages load is Google Fonts.

The G2 widget

The EyePush widget for the G2 requests only the “network” permission, which it uses solely to reach eyepush.app (over HTTPS and a secure WebSocket). It does not use the microphone, camera, location or photo library.

  • Pairing. The widget asks eyepush.app for a short pairing code and shows it on the lens. When you enter that code while signed in, the widget receives a device token that links it to your account.
  • On your phone. The device token, your account email and plan, and up to the 20 most recent pings are kept in the Even Realities app’s storage for this widget, so the lens has something to show before it reconnects.
  • Unpairing. “Unpair these glasses” in the widget, or removing the device from your dashboard, revokes the token on our side and clears that stored data from the widget.

Email and notifications

Inbound emails are reduced to subject and plain-text body; attachments are ignored. Push notifications are sent through your browser or operating system’s push service, which receives the notification payload in order to deliver it. Please keep sensitive information out of pings.

Your choices and deletion

You can delete your account from the dashboard. Doing so deletes everything we hold about you, including pings, sources, paired devices and push subscriptions (Stripe may retain billing records as required by law). You can revoke any source key at any time, and disable notifications in your browser or phone settings.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Source keys act as secrets: anyone holding one can send pings to you, so revoke a key if it leaks. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

EyePush is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app.
