Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of EyePush, operated by {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}, {{ADDRESS}} (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
EyePush lets you send messages (“pings”) from webhooks, email, Slack, AI agents and other tools to your Even Realities G2 glasses and phone. EyePush is independent and not affiliated with Even Realities.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your source keys secret. Keep your account details accurate. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use EyePush to send content that is illegal, harassing, abusive, deceptive or infringing, or to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass plan limits, probe other users’ keys, or use it to attack others. We may rate-limit or suspend sources that break these rules.
4. Plans, billing and renewal
Free and Pro plans and their limits are described on our pricing page. Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are discretionary. Contact hello@eyepush.app if something went wrong. We may change prices with advance notice before your next renewal.
5. Not for critical alerts
EyePush is not for emergency, medical or safety-critical alerts. Delivery is best-effort: pings may be delayed, dropped or not displayed, for example because of network conditions, device settings, rate limits or the glasses’ display. Never rely on EyePush where a missed or late message could cause harm.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you send. You give us the limited permission needed to process, store (within your plan’s history window) and deliver it to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
7. Availability and “as is”
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 50 if you have not paid us anything.
9. Termination
You may stop using EyePush and delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW}}, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
